Raw Fresh freeze-dried, US grown, wildcrafted stinging nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) is locally hand harvested in the pristine Oregon wilderness and small-batch freeze-dried in-house. It was our own founder who discovered the sinus supporting benefit of freeze-dried nettles right here in Eclectic in the 90's.

Suggested Use
Fill a container with 8 oz. water or juice. Add 2 scoops of powder and shake well. Drink and enjoy. Can also be added to smoothies, dips, yogurt or other foods. Drink extra water when consuming this product.
