Each capsule contains only 2 billion microorganisms, making them safe to insert daily, or as advised.

Indications: Direct application of intravaginal probiotics for vaginal care as desired. Supports vibrance and balance around menses or other hormonal changes, as well as stressful times affecting vaginal balance.
How To Use This Product: Insert 1 capsule suppository into the vagina daily for up to one month or as advised. Use with panty liner.
